Air Zero installed our new air conditioning system in our Safety Harbor house on Thursday. We are exceptionally happy with the results. The men showed up early and worked non stop until the job was completed. Very impressed with the professionalism of everyone we had contact with. Air Zero replaced our 20 plus-year-old air conditioning system . Needless to say, access to our attic was not easy and the installation crew went above and beyond that make the installation possible and left our house spotless upon completion. They worked from 8 am to 9 pm to be sure we would have a cool house at bedtime. I can not stress enough the work ethic of the install crew. Great guys that did an amazing job.
I replaced my old thermostat with new digital thermostat, It was harder than expected. Justin corrected wiring for me in minutes ( looked easy when he did it ) also helped me set up program. Very patient and polite.

I was in St. Pete this afternoon sitting in traffic and attempting to merge lanes while dozens of cars, one after the other, just passed me by, until finally one of your Air Zero A/C trucks approached and they were nice enough to let me through! Nowadays it seems like it's harder and harder to find positive news stories, and I think when you come across one it should be recognized, so I just wanted to say thank you to your company and especially that driver in particular for their act of kindness, it is much appreciated! My A/C broke down and within a few hours (sooner than promised) Air Zero showed up and fixed it quickly and worked with me on the cost and even included a discount I wasn't expecting. The repairman was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. I felt confident that I got the best service and was not price gouged and didn't get any add-on charges or services. I would recommend this company to my friends.
