The amount of expertise and quality of work is amazing. They worked quickly to come to my house give a quote then went above and beyond to drive an hour out to get a new air conditioning unit and do the work within a 24hr turnaround. The technicians are very knowledgeable and the owners will not up sell you on anything.
We had a drain issue with the AC unit which required a weekend service call. The service from the young woman I spoke with on the phone and the service tech Connor was fantastic. Connor was extremely professional, very friendly, thorough in his inspection and explained everything as he went through the process. A definite asset to your company!
We called Air Zero to replace a defective air handler coil in our AC System. Our neighbor had a similar problem and it took his contractor a month to get the job finished. Marcus responded quickly and located a replacement coil the same day we called him. His men Dan and Conner were on my job the next day and did a wonderful job replacing the Coil.
