Emailed AirZero and the next day received a call to schedule service. The day after that the HVAC technician arrived on schedule and explained and corrected the problem. Won’t even consider another HVAC service company!
I was very happy with the professional approach from start to finish. The service technician Adarrell showed up a few minutes before appointment time. Yes, you heard it right "early" not late like most of my other experiences with other appointments in a wide range of other businesses. Then, I was greeted with a smile, introduction, and hand shake. The service tech started the HVAC service. He was very complete in the service and checked everything. He gave me confidence that if there were any issues he would find it. When the service was complete, he explained in detail his findings. He was extremely knowledgeable but, spoke in perfect way that I understood everything. In a tough and busy market they exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I would go out of my way to recommend AIR ZERO to anyone. I have only said that about maybe 5 bushiness in my life. I have been using Air Zero for many years from air conditioning replacement to air conditions repairs to cooler and ice maker repairs. Air Zero came into my restaurant and cleaned up when they were done. They explained the process to me and wrote up a detailed receipt of what they did and why. Everything that they repaired was fixed right and I have never had a problem with them.

They have repaired almost everything in this building from floor to ceiling. They are always on-time, professional and on-time.
